We collect your phone number, name, payment references, any note you add when booking and session data (such as booking times and join/leave timestamps) to provide the service, process payments and maintain records of your sittings. We collect your date of birth only if you choose to provide it, and use it only to confirm that you are 18 or older.

When you book, you can add a note for your reader (“Anything you want your reader to know before the session?”). We store it with your booking. It is visible to the reader you book and to the Aina team, who may read it for quality and support.

If you join our waitlist, we store your email address only to tell you when Aina opens. We do not share it with anyone, and you can ask us to remove it at any time by writing to talktous@aina.world.

We share this information with our payment partner (Razorpay), our audio/video sitting provider, our messaging provider (used for WhatsApp notifications), and our hosting and database providers, only as needed to run the service.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, or as the law requires (for example for tax, security or dispute records).

You can ask to access, correct, complete, update or erase your personal data, or nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or cannot act, by emailing talktous@aina.world with the subject line “Privacy”. We aim to reply within 30 days.
